Today is the fourth day of our Intro to Evolutionary Enlightenment Teacher Training. We have covered so much territory in the last 3 days...we were commenting last night, that it feels like we have been here already over a week. We are in class sessions morning, noon and night. Which is actually awesome because we love what we are doing.
We divided up into teams to start to present the course...so we can gain some practice. My group went first today and it was very exciting. Our assignment was Class One (out of Five Classes Total) So we introduced the course and started to present the material. It went well. What is great about doing this in a group of teachers, is we give each other feedback, see what works, get ideas, get help from Jeff (the course creator) and help through suggestions to fine tune the course itself.
Fascinating enough...to present Andrew Cohen's teaching of Evolutionary Enlightenment, we also have to be clear what we are talking about...so there is an excavation of the teachings and our understanding of the teachings. We can immediately see where we are living up to what we know and where we are not. It is development on so many levels....recognizing where we fall short and where we excel in theory and practice of the teachings...and that our entire being, including our philisophical understanding, our conviiction in the teachings and our ability to articulate those concepts depends on our relationship with the teachings. We are becoming conscious of where we are in our development and very clear where we are going. When we are authentic, the teachings meet the matrix of human relationships...and literally create a new possibility for the future. We see how important it is that all of that lines up...so there are no fundamental contradictions. This is powerful!
We are being stretched beyond what we ever thought we knew and beyond how we thought we were living up to what we know.
Gotta go to class....
